(Time bubbling) The moment their eyes met, Titania's cheeks flared in an odd warmth, as if she had been caught doing something indecent. Just as Kass were to say something, Titania quickly turned away, nervously flipping the page. If Kass was worried about Titania staring at her face, the princess' was no lighter shade in red. From then on, Titania focused on solely the book. They flipped the pages until they got to the end, and it was only then did Titania have to nerve to look back at Kass. She opened her mouth to say something, but found her voice caught in her throat. The moment between them was somehow more intimate than it was when they first saw each other, and it made Titania embarrassed. Why were they suddenly feeling this way? It was strange.. Almost frightening. Titania just continued to stare at Kass, an anxious, yet warm feeling in her chest. @Morgan | Kass + Ren

Kass tilted her head slightly, being careful not to disrupt the rather delicate moment. One hand moved to slowly close the book, where the other now lay stiffly on her lap. “I… apologize for staring,” she sputtered. “I cannot help that the light really makes it look as if you’re glowing. Though you always look like that- it’s just…” she stopped as her face somehow turned a brighter shade of red. @Aj | Ryunoske+Titania

The princess blinked as she continued to stare and listen to Kass, the warmth of her cheeks growing. A small nervous laugh escaped Titania's throat and she sheepishly looked away. "N-No, no... The fault is mine. I apologize if my constant looks were distracting you," she replied. Titania messed with one of her braids, feeling nervous and shy. "Thank you, though.. you shine in your own way that is hard to dismiss, Miss Kass.. uhm.." She paused. "W-We should.. probably get some rest. Tomorrow I have to pack and such. I do not want to keep you up late either, Miss Kass. T-Thank you for spending tonight with me." @Morgan | Kass + Ren

“I…” Kass’s words caught in her throat. A million thoughts continued to fill her head, all centered on the woman next to her. She still didn’t understand why. She usually didn’t pay that much attention to anyone, but Titania was so different. Every movement was captivating, and every word was worth listening to and committing to memory. “…I don’t think you were distracting me at all. I like looking at you, that’s all,” she quickly admitted, hoping it didn’t sound all that odd. “I admittedly don’t know if I can, but I think you’re right. You have a big day ahead of you, and I’m sure you’ll need all your energy. It’s been an honor to spend tonight with you, Titania. I couldn’t think of anyone better to do this with, and I’m beyond flattered that you wished to spend all this time with me.” she smiled. @Aj | Ryunoske+Titania

"Y-You like looking at me?" Titania repeated back to Kass, flustered and confused. A few more braids go into Titania's hand as she fidgted with them and she continued to look away from the other woman. How could Kass say something like that with a straight face? Well, a straight face in Titania's standards, at least. The princess cleared her throat and gave Kass another nod. "Yes.. Y-Yes, the honor is all mine, Miss Kass. I am.. very happy you spent your time with me. It has been wonderful," Titania replied sheepishly and finally turned to look at Kass again. There was a fond smile on her lips, though still a bit embarrassed. "I-I am going to go lay down now.. I suppose I shall see you tomorrow afternoon when you accompany me to the boat?" @Morgan | Kass + Ren

(Sorry for the late response!) “I do like looking at you, yes,” Kass admitted, blushing even harder than before. “I wouldn’t want to spend my time any other way, Titania. I am going to stay here a little longer, but you should get some rest before your departure. And of course, I’ll accompany you to the boat tomorrow. That’s a promise,” she hummed. Kass leaned in slightly, then froze, playing it off as her simply standing up. “I’ll… see you tomorrow?” @Aj | Ryunoske+Titania

(You're good (: ) Kass doubling down made the strange feeling in Titania's chest grow. Oh. "M-Mhm.. You shall. I.. Have been resting in the library ever since I arrived so... I am going to go back to the little nest I made earlier in the other corner of the library so I do not bother you," she said with a sheepish chuckle. If she noticed Kass leaning in, Titania didn't mention it. The princess also stood before taking a small step back. "Have a good night, Miss Kass. I shall see you in the morning," they said with a fond smile before walking off. @Morgan | Kass + Ren

“Oh, well in that case,” Kass let out a small laugh to match Titania’s. “I figured I’d spend the rest of my night in this corner… so if you need me, I won’t be far. I’ll leave you be though, just feel free to wake me if I’m still asleep by the time your boat arrives. On that note, I won’t keep you any longer… good night, Princess Titania, rest well.” @Aj | Ryunoske+Titania
