Once again, the arena had been transformed. This time, it was a lush, humid, swamp. Birch, oak, and even a few black willows fill the arena in a dense forest, spanish moss dripping from their branches. The ground is muddy and spongy, sometimes to an extent that contestants will be standing knee-deep in swamp sludge. Across the swamp lies the relic, sitting on a tree stump. It’s a small blue glass bottle this time. The contestants enter from the same area, and would be able to talk or fight each other easily. Naiyta’s voice sounds over the arena and the crowd: “Welcome, contestants, to the next match within the tournament. This fight is between Eremurus Alphanzeyauro, representing the Bird team, and Armand Anatoliusyauro, representing the Snake team.” “The goal of this match is to retrieve the relic in the temple at the center of the arena. The first to place a hand on this relic, or the first to knock their opponent unconscious, will be deemed the victor. The loser will be put to death. Good luck to both competitors, and may the spoils of war go to the rightful victor.”

This arena is divided into TWO PARTS

To pass through the first section, your character must fight and overpower 1 gator. Gators appear as soon as your character rolls initiative to enter the swamp. Each gator has 20 hp. Once your gator is dead, you can continue to the next section. 

To pass through the second area, your character must complete 3 successful dexterity checks. Upon completing the final check, your character will reach the relic. The first to reach the relic wins.

Contestants will be able to attack and effect each other as long as they are both in the same arena section.

Eremurus runs ahead, shaking his head. "I did not want too-" He whispered. He grabs the relic and holds it close to his chest, panting heavily as his ears draw back. He already feels the tears prick up in his eyes as lilies bloomed from his antlers.
