"Nah, it's- It's fine," Zerada glanced around. "Probably for the best, it probably would've taken me a while to actually make the effort to get on the boat." She frowned. Su-Ji chuckled, "but hey- you got on! So brave of you." He pat her back after setting her down. "You wanna grab some grub- get out of the view of the ocean?" @🌙Vanessa🌙 | Zerada⚡+ Kal⭐

She only had gotten on with help from Su-Ji, but Zerada was willing to take praise where she could. She offered him a small smile. "Thanks, gato," Zerada hummed. Zerada followed after him. "Eh, I wouldn't mind a cloak, just so we can stay warm enough. I'm sure it'll be warmer once we're in the dining hall, so I think we're good for now." @Sam | Su-Ji 🐯+ Wolf 🐺

Zerada let out a quiet huff. “You are a fur coat.. I guess I should go grab one, then.” @Sam | Su-Ji 🐯+ Wolf 🐺

"I could hug you and act like a coat!" Su-Ji laughed. "You wouldn't dare take me for just my beautiful pelt. Then you'd miss out of all this" he gestured to himself. @🌙Vanessa🌙 | Zerada⚡+ Kal⭐

“I’d be missing out on so much, you’re right,” Zerada rolled her eyes, barely keeping back a huffed chuckle. “This is why you’re so much better than any old crow.” @Sam | Su-Ji 🐯+ Wolf 🐺

“Alright, alright,” Zerada gave Su-Ji’s back another pat. “Let’s go get you some food. It’s a buffet, you can eat all that you want.” @Sam | Su-Ji 🐯+ Wolf 🐺

Su-Ji grinned as he made his way toward the buffet. "I could eat the whole thing!!" He cheered as he approached it. "Mmmm look at it all..." He was already practically drooling. @🌙Vanessa🌙 | Zerada⚡+ Kal⭐

"It all does look pretty good," Normally, Zerada's first thought would've been, 'Better not eat until I can make sure it isn't poisoned,' but she truly had grown more lax when it came to certain things about the world. For right now, the thing she was mostly focused on was the fact that the food looked nicely seasoned. Very, very good. "I almost don't know where to start." @Sam | Su-Ji 🐯+ Wolf 🐺

Su-Ji was halfway through piling the sausages and other various meats specifically onto his plate. He paused halfway to glance to Zerada.. Before continuing. He definitely knew where to start @🌙Vanessa🌙 | Zerada⚡+ Kal⭐

Zerada grabbed herself a few things, nowhere near as much as Su-Ji did, though. She grabbed a simple serving of pancakes, fruits, bacon, and a few breakfast biscuits. Some orange juice really hit the spot. By the time she had taken a seat, she was sure that Su-Ji was on one of many, many servings. @Sam | Su-Ji 🐯+ Wolf 🐺

He, in fact, was. He was halfway through his "plate" of food- if you could even call it that. It seemed easier to eat while he was in this form. "Itsh sho good-" @🌙Vanessa🌙 | Zerada⚡+ Kal⭐

"It is," Zerada chuckled. "I'm surprised you can even taste the food with how quickly you're eating it." @Sam | Su-Ji 🐯+ Wolf 🐺

"Right, that makes sense," Zerada chuckled and shook her head. She took a forkful of her pancakes and ate it. Very nice, very delicious. About a 7/10 pancake. @Sam | Su-Ji 🐯+ Wolf 🐺

Su-Ji finished wolfing down his food, leaning back in his chair as thoigh satisfied. "Mmmm that was good... really hit the spot... definitely beats dumpster pancakes." @🌙Vanessa🌙 | Zerada⚡+ Kal⭐

"I feel like most things taste better than that. This really hit- The bacon's perfect, too. Haven't had that in a while, same with the sausages." @Sam | Su-Ji 🐯+ Wolf 🐺

Su-Ji gasped, perking up a little. His tail wagged behind him, "really?" @🌙Vanessa🌙 | Zerada⚡+ Kal⭐

"Really," Zerada nodded with a grin. "I have space for it, and I do have a little ice pack in there with some food already, I'll just add it to the bag." @Sam | Su-Ji 🐯+ Wolf 🐺

"Anytime, gato," Zerada chuckled. She took off her backpack and unzipped it, rummaging around through a few things before she took out a bento box. She opened it up and handed it to Su-Ji. "Load it on up." @Sam | Su-Ji 🐯+ Wolf 🐺

Su-Ji excitedly grabbed the box and ran to the buffet. He scooped up various food items (mostly meat, once more) and rushed back to Zerada. "Got it!!" @🌙Vanessa🌙 | Zerada⚡+ Kal⭐

"Good," Zerada took it from him and closed it up. She slipped it back into her backpack, putting it into a small insulated lunch bag. "Whenever you want more, just let me know and I'll give it to you." @Sam | Su-Ji 🐯+ Wolf 🐺

Su-Ji purred loudly, smiling happily. "Appreciate you, Amiga." @🌙Vanessa🌙 | Zerada⚡+ Kal⭐

"Appreciate you," She chuckled. She zipped her backpack up and slipped it back onto her shoulders.

When Zerada felt the boat jerk from the dock, she found herself gripping onto the edge of the table tightly. Great, now they were moving. Great. Great. ".. N-no.." @Sam | Su-Ji 🐯+ Wolf 🐺

Zerada took in a deep breath in an effort to steady herself. She went to try and usher Su-Ji away with her words before her shoulders slumped. ".. I-I'd-.. Appreciate the company.." Zerada admitted quietly.

“That’s good, I’m glad that you got to enjoy a whole bear. I’ve never had it before- Is that something you’d recommend?” Zerada hummed as she thought to herself. “I can’t really- Remember much, nothing too interesting. Su-Ji seemed to relax slightly, "oh- okay." His tail flicked. "...A lot of my days were spent doing the same thing too. Hunting and wandering the countryside... was quite boring without someone to keep company." @🌙Vanessa🌙 | Zerada⚡+ Kal⭐

“Yeah, don’t worry, it’s nothing- Crazy, or anything,” Zerada frowned. At least, she was pretty sure it wasn’t anything crazy. Just.. Nothing eventful. Right. Things were fine. “It was-..
